Recipes designed to serve 4 people per day

Lox and Cream Cheese Bagels

4 everything bagels

12 ounces of smoked salmon (keep in a cooler)

1 packs of cream cheese

1/2 red onion

1/2 cucumber

4 tablespoons of capers

Fancy Oatmeal

2.5 cups rolled oats

5 teaspoons flaxseeds

5 teaspoons cacao nibs

1/2 cup dried blueberries

1/4 cup dried raspberries

1/4 cup dried cranberries

5 teaspoons brown sugar

4 ounces almond butter (to combine right before eating)
